Shanklin to Ventnor is an easy 15 minute bus or taxi ride. 		South West Trains run from Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour at regular intervals.
Journey time is 1 hour 30 mins.

On arrival at Ryde Pier, a connecting IOW train service takes just 20 mins to reach Shanklin. A Rail Link bus service connects to Ventnor - or a taxi service.		 Both Red Funnel Ferry Service (Southampton) and WightLink Ferry service (Portsmouth & Lymington) set the scene for the start of your island break with a comfortable and pleasant 50 / 30 minute sea crossing to the Island.
